ocellar setae reclinate; lower facial margin slightly protruding in front of vibrissal angle and visible in lateral view; prementum 5-8 times as long as wide; scutum with 4 presutural dark vittae; presutural acrostichal setae absent; scutellum with 3-4 pairs of marginal setae; wing cell r4+5 open at wing margin; apex of abdomen of female with pincers (without torn-like setae on medial margin); male: epandrium flattened and widened
