Remarks: head hemispherical; fronto orbital plate and parafacial covered with short, robust setulae; back of head only with black setulae; vertex of male about 1/10 as wide as eye in dorsal view; female head covered with short spine-like setulae, without setae; lower calypter not divergent from scutellum; M gradually and evenly curved extending to wing margin without an abrupt bend; base of R4+5 bare; abdomen without any seta; abdominal tergite 5 exceptionally elongate, sub-cylindrical and bent antero-ventrally (abdomen C-shapoed in lateral view)
