DM-Cu oblique; anepimeral seta very strong, extending back to hind margin of lower calypter; parafacial at most with fine setulae; height of gena about 2/5 of vertical eye diameter or more; prementum at least 3 times as long as wide; abdominal tergites 3 and 4 without median discal setae
