Remarks: lower facial margin protruding, always visible in lateral view; fronto-orbital plate bare outside frontal row; ocellar setae proclinate; hind margin of eye straight or evenly convex; setulae on back of head all black; prementum slender, at least 5 times as long as wide; line of postpronotal setae forming an angle of 45° or more to longitudinal axis of body; postmetacoxal area varied from membranous to sclerotized; preapical posteroventral seta on hind tibia absent; second costal section with fine setulae ventrally; base of R4+5 bare or with a single setula; abdominal tergites 3 and 4 without median discal setae; abdominal sternites well exposed; female abdominal segment 6 strongly developed; female abdominal sternite 6 with a ventral process, which is directed posteriorly; abdomen of male without pruinescence (but if with pruinescence, then vertex at least 3/4 as wide as eye in dorsal view)
