first aristomere about as long as wide; postpedicel at most as long as pedicel; parafacial wit a row of strong proclinate setae and setulae; back of head only with black setulae (without any pale setula); wing cell r4+5 petiolate (petiole longer than 1/6 of postangular section of M); abdominal tergite 3 without median marginal setae
